There are only 18 private apartment homes in this community all accessed by stairs with a maximum of 4 floor levels. Your apartment can also be accessed by a emergency fire staircase access at the exterior entrance of your apartment which leads to your laundry room and back apartment area.
Being a historic garden style walk up apartment in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, residents are able to park anywhere along the perimeter of the property on the street. You may park along 3rd Street, sections of Juniper Street, along Piedmont Street and surrounds, as well as at a public guaranteed parking lot one block from the community, that we offer as an option to residents. There is a $100.00 a month fee to park at the public parking lot.
691 Juniper Street is a fully furnished luxury apartment complex. We offer 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms all fully furnished. Our minimum lease term is 90 days (3 months) and maximum lease term is 12 months. You can lease for any time frame between 3 months and 12 months. Yes! 691 Juniper Street has a dog exercise park directly behind the property. All residents must show responsible ownership and pick up after their pets. Failure to do so will result in hefty on the spot fines.
Yes! We happily welcome house trained, friendly and quiet dogs and cats. At 691 Juniper all of our beautiful apartment homes are pet friendly with hard wood flooring and no carpets. We allow dogs and cats, with a maximum of 2 pets per lease/apartment. A non refundable one time pet fee is required for all pets. Pet breeds may be restricted, and we reserve the right to request a pet interview, photographs of your pet/s, behavioral and training documentation for your pet, prior landlord references, and/or monthly pet rent.

No. This is a historic garden style boutique apartment. We do not offer a gym or a pool. Our amenities include: Large walk in closets, sunrooms, true dining rooms areas, huge bedrooms, walk in bathrooms with deep tubs and modern large showers, brand new kitchens, all original hard wood flooring, smart locks, crystal French door sunrooms, smart fans and smart access, A/C and heating, fully furnished, TV's in every room, washer and dryer for every unit, king beds with hotel grade linens, towels and cookware, plus a dog park.
As our apartments are fully furnished, our quoted rent generally includes us covering your utilities for 3 months at minimum, and up to $100.00 in utilities per apartment, per month. If you exceed water or utility usage over $100.00 in a given month, the balance over $100.00 will be charge and posted to your account. We ask that all residents conserve water and resources where possible to avoid any overcharges. If you wish a longer term lease (6 or 12 months) and would prefer we discount your rent and you cover your own utilities, we can arrange that in your lease. 6) No parking or blocking of the driveway
7) Trash must be disposed of immediately to avoid rodents, pests and ants
8) Close all doors behind you
9) Vehicles must be registered with the community manager
10) Not unauthorized guests may stay over 3 days without prior management approval
11) No pets unless authorized by management
We run a standard screening on all applicants which includes a criminal, eviction, background and credit check. If you have credit challenges, please speak with a Manager who can assist.

We require a refundable security deposit to be placed on ALL apartments before the unit is taken off the market and secured for your move in date. Being approved for an application does not guarantee your apartment. You must sign a lease and pay your security deposit before your apartment is taken off the Market and secured. At time of application your application fee must be paid. After being approved, you must pay your security deposit. At time of moving in, you must pay a one time cleaning fee for furnished apartments, plus first months rent (prorated as applicable) before receiving your keys. Security deposits range from $550.00 minimum to 1 months rent. Please speak with a leasing agent regarding your specific application and floorplan requirements.
